I am overwhelmed, stressed to the Max and deeply depressed. I'm trying my hardest to make my life better but its just so fucked up right now. I hate my living situation. I did a total of 11.26 miles today and I stayed under my calorie goal. I really love the website I'm using to track my food and exercise. It has everything you could possibly imagine. I bought some winco cinnamon yogurt pretzels and I typed that into the search and they had all of the nutrition information and you just click add to include it in ( Read more... )

Yesterday I stayed under my allowed calories and I did 9 miles walking, rowing and biking. Today I already completed 7 miles, 6.2 on the bike and .8 rowing. I will probably walk later tonight too. i finally decided enough was enough and i started using my fitness pal once again. I had a great first day. I didn't over eat, i didn't go hungry and worked out like crazy. I did 11 miles today. 9 on the recumbent bike and 2 on the treadmill. I burned 973 calories. tomorrow i won't have to work so hard because I don't plan on eating out but today I ( Read more... )

I am so bored. I organized my closet, got new bedding, got a new desk and re-arranged all of my furniture and now I have nothing to do. No one is free to play. Wow, life just got crazy these past few weeks. I am officially done with summer school. I got a B which I'm not so happy about but whatever. I turned in my financial aid documents and signed up for more classes. I will be walking away with 2 AAs next spring and then I am moving on to a UC.
