Fitbit! We should be fit it pals. There are some days I'm all...eh, four thousand steps is enough:) but if we were pals I'd be dancing by the bed each night to make sure to get my ten thousand steps!

I have no idea how to do that. I think I might learn that on day 3.

If you don't get your steps in you can tie the Fitbit to your dog or even the ceiling fan to bring your total up. Don't ask me how I know this. . .😇

I have a fitbit too! I haven't been wearing it since school started...you may have motivated me to charge it up again. I really enjoyed using it before. It was encouraging without being judgy or preachy.

That's exactly how it feels to me.

It's nice to actually see what actually took place during the day.

It's not always what you thought once you see it in writing.

The little encouragement from RunKeeper has really helped me keep going. Right now I'm trying to get my times down in the low 17 minutes per mile. It's hard! :)

One little piece of advice. Don't go all crazy nuts with I need a gazillion steps/miles. Go with what is comfortable and a little easy. It will keep you going in the long run.

Yes... I have to be able to fit this into my schedule.

I want to get back to the point where I look forward to my walks with the dogs.

WEather, evening light, less stressful work situation will all help that! Oh, and my new tech!

Just yesterday a man on one of my dog walks was encouraging me to get a Fitbit, telling me how much he liked his. It sounds as though using one could be fun.

I was sceptical, but so far I like it.

I do like that it pretty much does everything. Tracks calories, exercise, Bender nose pokes.

It was only $99, so I'm feeling pretty good about it so far.
