I just got finished watching Dersu Uzala, and while the film had a lot of technical problems, I feel that the story was told very well, and it got me at the end, just like all of his other really good movies, like Ikiru, or Seven Samurai. Has anyone seen it or can anyone give more info about it? The writing credits are given to Kurosawa incase you didn't catch that...

I recently watched this film for a culture class, and if you haven't seen it, GO RENT IT. It was a fantastic film, by far one of my faves by Kurosawa.

In 1990, a movie was made called, "Akira Kurosawa's Dreams". Has anyone ever heard of it/seen it? If so, was it any good? I've been trying to find it, but have had difficulty.
