And all of my friends who are actually Cubs fans are elsewhere. Nobody around is even aware of what's going on tonight...let alone in the mood for celebrating.

I just did a mental count, and in my opinion, there are only 7 people on this planet whom I think I could trust 100% with absolutely everything, no matter the circumstance.

It amazes me how my time is just completely disregarded by my friends. To put it mildly, one of my biggest pet peeves is when I make plans with someone or some people, and I'm stuck waiting around for them for half the night. Tonight was the second time in recent weeks when I bought a ridiculous amount of alcohol and the waitress charged me a ridiculously small amount. I love ths bar.

So big news...I underwent Lasik surgery today, and the results are magnificent. Right now, things are still a little foggy, but I can see so well, it's amazing.
