Apparently, and against all evidence to the contrary, we do live in a universe where I can say, "I have finished my dissertation" and be telling the truth.

That quote, in the subject, is I think the best quote ever to come out of a tutorial. I would adore it, hug it, keep it close to me for the rest of my life... if it wasn't about my work. So, I have just found out that I have to rewrite my entire dissertation ni 8 weeks. On top of this, I am in possession of classified History Dept. information that I need to act upon post haste, but can't because of the aforementioned classification, and my AHRC funding application has ceased to exist because my binty supervisor has refused to help ( Read more... )
