I am now in possession of a mixture of British pounds, Egyptian pounds and U.S. dollars. There are a lot of advantages to going somewhere in Europe or North America where the answer to "Which currency do I need?" is straightforward LOL!

Lost 2lbs this week - although actually it's only 1lb net over 2 weeks as I somehow put 1lb on last week, but at least I'm going down again!
