I am so wonderfully sore! Pi and I spent the afternoon at the beach yesterday, which happened to clear of fog as soon as we got there and turned nice and hot. I spun, spun, and spun some more - even though I was wearing myself out and running out of water, I couldn't stop! I finally made a hoop a few days ago! It was time. It's 12.5' in circumference, 1" 100psi tubing. It's big and slow and pretty good for practice, and I've been getting my moves back and learning new ones pretty rapidly. I definitely want a smaller and thinner (and lighter and therefore faster) one for a fire hoop, but I first need to obtain some 3/ ( Read more... )

Ug, I feel so fucking hungover. So much sun this weekend. Went to the beach on Saturday, the beach then the park on Sunday, and the beach again on Monday. Lots of spinning, too.
