Without fail, the worst weird news I run across are incidents of people being terrible to each other. This isn't the worst but my gosh, is it close.

Purple userheads? Purple userheads? LJ is running slower than winter syrup and they're taking the time to make userheads purple? Is this a conspiracy? Is Prince involved? Grimace? The Kool-Aid Man? Or is it just easier to code trivialities than to MAKE THE SITE WORK RIGHT AGAIN? -
