As of February 2008, i've applied to over 50 jobs in the hopes of finding one before i graduated in May. As of now, i have gotten only 4 interviews (all of which i have blown) and several rejections. I just wanted to thank everybody for all their support and sympathy, i really appreciate it =) It took more than a week of crying, but i've finally grown to accept Ziggy's passing and remember him for the wonderful piggy he was. Ziggy didn't make it through the night. Even though i was asleep when he died, i stayed awake with him until 3am before finally having to sleep. In some ways i wish i was there with him all night, but on the other hand, i'm sure he knew that i was there during his last 12 hours.

I'm preparing myself for a very painful experience which i've been avoiding for the past month: taking my guinea pig Ziggy to the vet to be put to sleep. I got him back in 2001 when he was only a few months old. Now that he's over 7 years old, his body has slowly been degenerating and making it harder for him to move.
