I have discovered that sadly, we cannot see fireworks from Ontario Place from our balcony.  We managed to see the very last "hurrah", but that was of little value.  On the other hand, there were a bunch of fireworks being set off at the park, so we did get to see people's fireworks from the balcony... it just wasn't the same as a full show.  There' ( Read more... )

I found a dress for Ian and Senya's wedding.

It was actually a good find from Sears, of all places.

It's black, pink and white, and was a mere $29.99 (yay for sales!). (www.sears.ca/gp/product/B001PAUOQ4/sr=1-73/qid=1240967106/ref=sr_1_73/183-6015207-4266114).  It's more expensive online, but I ended up getting it during the Sears Days sale.
