I celebrated "Steak & BJ Day" by going to yoga class instead.

And when did the Pro Bowl turn into a game of Touch Football? I've ATTENDED several games back in the 1990's, and back then the players actually gave a crap, and exerted themselves. It's like they don't want to break a fingernail tonight!

Here's a fun tip - leave your broiler on for about an hour, and close the oven door completely. If you can turn it off at that point (the buttons will be painfully hot to the touch), crack the door open and let the heat roll out just like from a hearth, to warm your heart.

I'm surprised the damn cooktop isn't glowing red! ;(
