you know its a great day when you wake up two inches narrower, 5 lbs light and you only consume 488 cals and yet you burn 450 at the rec center!

well in the last 3 days i've only consumed 950-ish cals. It feels so empowering! in the last 3 days i have lost 5 lbs. only a lot more to go. I keep comparing myself to EVERYONE!...im either way too fat compared to some or im the same weight as them. Its power, its control

i went grocery shopping last night. the cashier gave me a funny look when i bought 20 small cans of green beans, rice cakes, tums, green tea, bed time tea stuff, lots of sugar free jello, and splenda.
