I'm moved in. I'm slowly unpacking far too much stuff. I'm still considering switching the tv and bookshelf, but everything else is pretty much where I want it. I still have about 20 boxes to go, plus 2. large duffle bags of clothes and random other stuff. So, I've sort of been condo-hunting, but there isn't much in my price range with my (admittedly picky) requirements so it was taking ages. I bid on one last May that I failed to get (by $2k because my realtor knows nothing).
