Felt great, really hard to finish each set but I feel like my form is getting better, and I keep going down lower each time I do them.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially back on my diet.

Current weight: 235 pounds (ish)
Target weight: 220 pounds

I can totally lose 15 more pounds... which would bring my grand total for this year up to 40 pounds. From 260 to 220 in a year... can it be done? Weekly updates to begin!

If it weren't for the events of May 27, this would by far be the best year of my life.

It may still be, but losing Paul is a pretty huge gash in it. If nothing else, though, I know he'd be extremely happy for how well things are going for me right now.
