Psydoll is an industrial act from Japan (they prefer the term Cyberpunk, whatever). They have been together since 1997, so they have their sound polished to very high degree for what is, basically, a local Tokyo band. Imagine my surprise there there were any industrial acts in Japan at all, and that these guys were actually pretty fucking good:
