I really failed that exam. There's no way I passed it. There were questions on it that you could never have answered unless you took that particular class (webquest, really? webquest??). I'm now of the opinion that all teaching candidates should have a mandatory class in logic. Never before have I seen such inane, illogical writing in my life. The process seems to be 1) look at the question, 2) make random sweeping generalization, 3) put in random quotes/paraphrases from the text to "support" your "argument," 4) expect good grade. I didn't expect too much from it but was pleasantly surprised. My dad made us watch what we call "The Whale Movie" right before we watched the new one and that was interesting.
