I found out last night that a week ago, they put Papaw back on hospice care. He is finishing out his chemo, but his body just isn't up for the fight anymore. They told them last Monday that he had about 12 weeks left, give or take ( Read more... ) -
38 Week OB Appt
Yesterday's OB appointment went as expected, although we were there longer than usual because one of the partners was out and Dr. Chang was covering his patients too. BP normal, weight up two pounds (28 pound gain total), fundal height on track, baby's heartrate at 140. I'm having no serious contractions (definately back to BH ones) and baby is ( Read more... ) -

Still "two" of me right now. Baby has settled down and is mostly behaving herself, probably because she's run out of room to do otherwise. Since we're completely ready for her now, I'll bet we'll make it to the 13th. 10 more days ( Read more... ) -

I'll probably be around less and less over the next few weeks. Normally I play catchup a bit at work on LJ reading (lunch and breaks) but with training the new temp and other errands, maybe not so much. OB appt 36 weeks
We had our 36 week appointment yesterday, and go to weekly appointments from here on out. Blood pressure, fundal height, and baby's heartrate were all on target (I forgot to ask numbers, bad mama). I did gain 5 pounds in the last two weeks, however, putting my pregnancy total at 25. The nurse didn't fuss at me, and in fact, teased Bear by using ( Read more... ) -
Orbitz Question
Anyone on my friends list use Orbitz for travel arrangements? I have a canceled e-ticket I would like to reuse but nothing on their site tells me HOW to reuse the ticket, only that it is eligible. I sat on hold with their customer service for 45 minutes yesterday, never got a human. -
