I thought it would be nice to go out with Gia and get some lunch, maybe from Baja Fresh...or something. But Gia insisted that she wanted to eat lunch at home! She wanted pasta and turkey dogs. I made her what she wanted and added a few pieces of broccoli. I had broccoli and chicken.

It makes me happy that Gia doesn't really want fast food.

It's been really hard to get to LJ lately. With my new job and the hectic schedule for Gia's summer break, I just don't have the time. But I want to be able to document all that is going on in our lives, or especially, in Gia's life. I went to the gym today. DId 30 minutes on the ellipse machine.
I just got back from taking the dog for a 2 mile walk.

According to my pedometer, I have walked 7,547 steps so far.
6,419 have been aerobic (that's 52 minutes total aerobic walking/stepping)

I've burned 384 calories and walked 4.16 miles total.
