Fruity
Hello Friends!
Well, I've been sinking myself into researching Fruitarianism and still working on eating as much raw food as I can. This week I stocked up on fruits and started my mornings with only fruit. I ended up having a regular vegetarian lunch and dinner, but filling up the rest of the day with fruit.

It's been a nice day. I feel so blessed to see SO many people on facebook and livejournal wishing me a happy birthday. I feel blessed to have my daughter spending time with me. Happy Birthday to Me!
I can't sleep and I feel like yuck. I'm not supposed to feel like yuck on my birthday. But even with the cool surprise to see that my office friends bought me a mani/pedi Groupon, I'm still not feeling like I deserve to be happy. I had done so well to get my health in a better place. One of my favorite things to do is to look back on old journal entries to see where Gia was at years ago at the same time of year. Now it's so painful to look back at anything. It sucks.
I can't stand to look through photo albums, videos, anything. When will it get better? -
