Swim: 2.5 hrs
Bike: 7.25hrs (76.5mile long ride)
Run: 3.5hrs (2.5 hr long run)
Strength/Core: 0.33 hrs
Total: 13.58 hrs
Long ride out on Fitzhugh to Pedernales Park and back, mostly solo. Longest ride ever. Had some low points, but felt pretty good at the end. My lower back and neck held up well.
