Our Sunday plans at the farm fell through - turns out that my parents weren't going anyway - and we'll be going to Fayetteville on Sunday. But we're open on Saturday, and would love to see people. -

Slow down, you move to fast. Gotta make the morning last...
I have a couple of pounds of dried Shiitake mushrooms (about 2 years old, still seem good) that are leaving the house this week. Whether they leave in the garbage or free to friends is up to YOU. They are tough when reconstituted, but work very well as base for a broth.
