Heads and Holes

I had head-hole drilling surgery at about 11:30 today. All is well so far, I have a big pressure bandage to keep on until Sunday (yes in this heat). I go back to see my doctor on Wednesday to check everything is healing properly.

Loop watch: ASDA again.

I went back to the ASDA on 19th May and the loop aisle was closed. Last night (30th May) the loop system still didn't work.

I went to the customer service desk and their loop system didn't work either.

A letter has been written using the RNID sample letters as a guide. I shall post it later tonight. We shall see what happens :).

I have my BSL level 2 exam tomorrow. Just off to deaf club for last minute practice. Will be spending the evening swotting up on exam technique and some cribsheets to take into the 'spew 2-3 minutes of narrative' 20 mins pre-exam prep room ( Read more... )
