I keep meaning to post in here with the weird things I see or that happen to me that are proof of the crazy city in which I live. I've got some good ones, but all I can remember right now is when I went to Ralph's (Kroger) at about 11pm and was behind this woman who was just wearing pants--her top was painted on. It was pretty neat. -

So I was wandering the pages of Best of Craiglist, and I found this hilarious description of the people and experiences I've had with the wonder of mass transportation that is the T. I'm leaving for the airport in four hours. I'm actually done with most of my packing, it's just the little things that are left. The little things, that after staring at them for longer than is explicitly necessary, I start to grow resentful of. The bags have been safely returned to chez Nous. Jessica and Dave are also here for the weekend. Mervyn's has not called me. Tour de France tomorrow! So, the United lost two of my bags. Yes, I had three bags, but that's another story. The two bags I lost were one rolling suitcase with 98% of my clothes (and all of my graded papers... Batman Begins was amazing. Don't expect a prequel to the other Batman movies, but even so you shouldn't be disappointed. Definitely one of the better comic book movies made in the past couple of years. Yes, it's better than Spiderman, but in my opinion that's not saying much.
Now, if Sin City could just come out here in NZ we'd be set. -
