frustration is a right bastard. i stuffed my knee today at soccer. and it now hurts quite bad. but what is the worst is not being able to help out yuor mates. we were leading 2-1 when i was injured and ended up losing 3-2.  but to see blokes out there who were really physically struggling was veyr painful. knowing that i could have helped them was ( Read more... )
