Kaia's Potty learned!
I think I might declare this day the day she is officially potty learned. She has gone all day during nap, travel, and watching without going in her training undies! I have not had to ask her once if she has had to go and I did not make her sit on it just in case...she just went herself!...all day. We are celebrating tonight by going to Kaia's ( Read more... ) -

I just read "Raising Baby Green" by Alan Greene. I read it in a day and liked most of what he had to say. There were a few things I was surprised by. He is a pediatrician and has a website on answering parents questions about medical questions. Turn it Off! (or not): Is Media always bad for your kids?
So Tim and I ended up going to this talk about....well exactly what the title says above. We found it very interesting. Surprisingly he said that people should not be focusing so much on the quantity of media, or mainly TV, but the quality. He said to focus on the CONTENT and the CONTEXT.
