Thus far over this spring break I have:

• Watched a couple movies and hung out with friends.
• Tried to go skydiving and had to get a raincheck.  But that's okay because Kelli and I will have a skydiving adventure sometime soon!
• Gotten a townhouse to live in post-graduation!!!!  I'm so excited!  We get the keys on May 5th and can start moving ( Read more... )

Bad News: I hate my haircut. It's nothing like I wanted.

Good News: She didn't charge me for the haircut because it was nothing like I wanted.

I've had a little over 24 hours to get used to it, but I still pretty much hate it. At least my hair grows fast.

So far over spring break I've...

*Gone to the dentist.
*Gone to another doctor.
*Gone back to the dentist to get the right side of my mouth numbed and a shot in my gum. (That was yesterday; my mouth is still sore.)
*Had a yummy dinner at O'Charley's for my sister's birthday.
*Gone to the eye doctor.

Guess who just signed up to go skydiving?!?!?!?  I'm so excited!  I went freshman year with SGA, but wasn't able to go sophomore year (on duty with RA stuff) or last year (knee surgery), so I figured one more time before graduating was a must.  And Kelli's gonna go with me, which is going to be fabulous.  Hopefully April 2 is a nice day weather- ( Read more... )

So a few minutes ago I was talking to a professor and learned that a nearby township has 500 applications for every 1 opening.  Crap.  I really hope I get a job.

I went to the International Dinner tonight.  The food was good, and the entertainment was great.  Being surrounded by things and people of cultures other than my own is always wonderful.  But it's things like this that make me realize how very little of the world I have actually seen, and how little I know about most of it.  There are so many ( Read more... )

So there's a Dar Williams concert in Louisville next Saturday night that I kind of want to go to. The question, though, is this: Do I drive home Saturday morning, go to the concert and then drive back to Indy afterward, or do I stay here in Indy to babysit and make some money?
