I have moved into this little house in Louisville. It's a sweet little place (but seems enormous after living in a 1-room flat in Tokyo). It's 3 rooms with a yard and garage. Had an awesome appointment with my PT today. I love this woman. She does myofascial release therapy, which is exactly what this injury needs. She is probably the only person on the planet who could say to me "you need to tell those muscles that you love them" and not have me roll my eyes *so* hard. Today is warm and rainy. Even though it is November 2 in northern Michigan there are autumn crocuses blooming, still a few grapes on the vines, and white fall raspberries on the volunteer bushes by the chicken house.
