So, we're in Baltimore now, just finished the viewing (dead people, yay! Ugh), and our sitter has gotten out of Dodge. Our cats are at a downtown pet hotel that opened its doors, and the dog is with my sitter's cousin, who we know and trust. So, tomorrow morning we go to Baltimore, because Ron's father died last night. Ron seems to be doing okay so far, I'm sure partly because it was a long time in coming, and his father's attitude about life had been terrible for the last few years.
