fossette seems to be adjusting well to winnipeg life. she's scrappy and disobedient, a character trait i both appreciate and am familiar with, having grown up with norwegian elkhounds

i've recently obtained the entire discography of john frusciante, which, though i've only started listening, is right up my musical alley. jebus knows i love dense, meandering songs, generally free of masculine riffage that pushes the music into a single direction. i look forward to exploring his 9+ hours of released music.

yet another crash causing death in a bell 206 jetranger (or, as we call them, jet-boxes). we had two crashes in alberta this summer, one of which was a helicopter i had flown in earlier in the season.

but, statistically you're in far more danger every time you get into a car...
