I’m 4 months now. Have gained 3 kilos and 10 cms around my waist which says nothing of that concertina effect after meals… it’s really quite funny how lax my stomach is after hours of pilates and crunches. Just got back from a trip to Sydney via aeroplane. A great time was had by all as we caught up with family and friends and B did a bit of business.
