Ok, downside, it is written in Java (I'm sure I've ranted near you at one point or another about my hatred of Java, if not I will gladly do so if asked). Upside, it looks like it is a pretty decent program. Even good programmers with good ideas can pick and use bad languages sometimes. Oh well.

Go play with this. I found it in an article on slashdot today. It is pretty slick and works ok. This guy has gone an entire year without Windows. It's an interesting article. He talks about the issues he had with both systems and how with some of the more advanced versions of Linux you can get amazing hardware support which is one of the lies Micro$oft and the vendors like to tell you.
