I was in Asda earlier and it struck me that there is nothing funny about custard creams.  Biscuits in general aren't very funny.  The few fun things about them are the terrible jokes you get on the back of a Penguin.  I haven't had a Penguin in a while so perhaps that doesn't happen any more.  The other thing is something that will stay with me ( Read more... )

It came to my attention recently that people will use Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Evening as a greeting and they seamlessly replace the need to say hello when starting a conversation but for reason people only say good night when they are departing.  If you meet someone when you're out at 10pm you would never say good night to them like ( Read more... )
