Work has been *insane* for the last two weeks. I'm knackered. And the rest of this week is looking as bad.

My downstairs neighbours were playing loud thumpety-thump music this afternoon, with all their windows open. I just can't believe that John Barrowman has been voted off Dancing on Ice. He and his partner Olga were the best couple in it, with a lovely partnership that was developing really well. I've been reasonably good with my resolutions so far. I have walked to and from the station most days rather than take the bus and have used the stairs more. Not all the time, but more, so that has to help. Haven't lost any weight yet because I haven't quite kept to the diet. I blame the chocolate cherry liqueurs. And the Wine.
