I've been sort of avoiding the politics hullaballoo lately. I know who I'm voting for and while it is all very fascinating from a political/historical view, I can't actually separate my emotions enough to be able to view all the crap stress free. On Thursday we received a Kitchen Aid mixer as a wedding gift. We are both excited about it. Today, Dave made bread and butter with it. Yes, a whole wonderful easily made loaf of bread thanks the mixer. And yes, butter. Cream was left to sit out to 50 degrees and then within minutes mixed up into butter.
