Today is Labor Day! Decided to go to work to make up for some of the hours I will miss later this week for Dr. appts and vacation that begins Friday. It only took me 10 minutes to get to work vs. the 25 min commute on a regular work day. It was great. I have accomplished more this morning than I probably would have all week with staff around. Went to the Virginia Wine Festival this weekend and had a great time. We rode with friends that have a convertible so we pulled our hair back and hit the open road. It was great. Today at the office we had an ice cream social for one of the guys leaving the project. It was a big hit! I even got some low carb/gluten free ice cream for the rejects of the office. So I am still alive. The pain has subsided greatly and I have eased off the pain meds. Need to follow up with a Gasterenologist (sp?) and of course the OBGYN. Went for the MRI yesterday and found that I am not clausterphoic (Good) and that my veins are hard to find (Bad). Was pumped full of more radioactive shit and off we went for 45 minutes in the "TUBE". Results came in last night and they found are more gall stones. Nothing for the lower abdomen.
