But I'm super happy you wrote this from Asami-sama's POV! So few people seem to write from his point of view and although the thoughts of kidnapped Takaba showed to us in fics many times we never got a fic about what Asami might be thinking or feeling.

Oh gods... That is just beautiful... You captured his emotions really well. I can really feel his pain and sorrow from this fic. I agree Asami is a difficult character to write, but you have done a good job. :)

Oh wow...

Asami seems like such a 2-d character in canon, but I think we all know that he is just so much more.

And you bring him out and into the light with this soliloquy that he has with himself over the guild and anguish of what happened to Akihito and his determination to bring him back. Even if it means that Akihito will not belong to him.

Beautiful, simply beautiful.
