This TED talk brought tears to my eyes and lots of shame. We have to do better than this.

trader Joe has some awesome food. Their gorgonzola baked crackers are heavenly. I only eat 20 or so when i treat myself but I really want to eat the whole box. So this morning in my rush to leave to grab the bus, I forgot my work keys and my laptop. How could I forget my laptop???? What is wrong with me? There is so much that can be blamed on time savings!!!
Ridiculous.

Now I can't get ahold of D to have him bring it to me. grrrr

I have jewelry making fever again. A long while back I bought a bag of mixed fresh water pearls. I made a few earrings as presents for people but there were three pearls, two white round ones and a deep purple one. to top it off, I have really bad heartburn. So I can't sleep. I can't really read either cuz my brain is fuzzy and I can't remember what I just read (something about missing perfect pitch in musicophilia by oliver sacks). I guess I shouldn't go off my heartburn meds for even a couple of days. grrrrr hmm need to locate ipod to listen to NPR podcast.

I get irritated when people email me a question that they could have easily answered with ONE google search. Do they really think that my time is less valuable than theirs? Are they that lazy?
