Monday morning I flew to SFO from LGB. I love the Long Beach Airport, first of all because it is cute and adorable, but secondly because it is the friendliest and most convenient airport in Southern California. Adele and I are stopped in Fernley, just waking up and sorting through our final chores before we enter the land of no cellphones or computers. The drive up was great -- we got out a bit later than planned due to some problems with the tow hitch, but hey, better to be late getting out, and fix that stuff at home, than have it fail on the road.
