I think I have figured it out ...
Yesterday I posted that I was having problems with the plot line at the end of my second act (re: "A Far Sun"). In fact this dogged me all evening and into the night. *sigh* So, on the way in to work this morning an idea (or two) came to me and I think I have it solved.

"Rider on the Storm"
Ahem. This is old, as in I wrote it originally in 1993-94. It's not done, for various sundry reasons, but it's not too bad. :-)

Struggles and the living character phenomenon
It isn't usually this difficult. I sit down and the words just flow out. Once I have developed my characters sufficiently, all I usually have to do is put them in a given situation and let them go. It's been a good month since I last posted here. When I posted it was to announce that I'd bought a domain name for the web comic. The site is up, though there's nothing except an ugly home page and a FAQ. I do have the first 12 chapters (Act I and the first half of Act II) posted to my web site. I'll post more, soon (I think).

Plotting the plot
I've been working on the plot for the second half of my story "A Far Sun." I basically wrote the entire first half of the story in a little over two weeks, then had to take a few days off to step back and recharge.
