Me and my crappy music musings, pt. 1

Dec 29, 2005 12:32

Again, I'm pretty much doing these for my own amusement. And because this is a better path to take then not writing at all. And I uploaded lots of stuff too.

favorite albums, songs, etc. )

Number 1 is such an excellent song!! And I'm sure they'll be awesome live!!!!!! Have you ever seen them live before?!?!?!

I don't mind the spazziness! I didn't think anyone would comment because i thought the post itself was more pointless/not as good, as I had originally hoped! So thank you:D

Hello:) That's alright! I certainly don't hate you, as you make me lovely mix CDs! And, I look forward to your letter:) I understand this is a lazy time of year, so don't worry if you need to take a little time to do it.

my local 'darrrrncehall' play Do the Hippogryff. im sure. it clears the dance floor bar the massive jarv fans.

you bring me flashbacks of having a epileptic fit while watching the clip to Hell Yes

The "Hell Yes" clip is a bit epileptic. But I like it! Actually, there's a newer version of the clip, with dancing robots. That one isn't too headachey or epileptic-y. Its quite good!

Maria, I don't get that "Rabbit in Your Headlights" video! Your interpretation?

Urghhhh, I just wrote a really long explanation, then my laptop shut off before i could post it! Bottom line, i don't have a concrete interpretation, but i've got some ideas. I shall think it over more and report back to you!

OK! I'm ready to try this again: When I showed the video to my dad, he said it reminded him of a short story he once read, but he failed to elaborate. I planned on questioning him about this tonight, but then we watched my "Batman Begins" dvd, and I became too enthralled by Christian Bale/Cillian Murphy/Gary Oldman to remember to ask. But I still plan on asking him ( ... )

Word on the street is that the song is based on Jacob's Ladder. So then, I'm wondering if the video has something to do with that?
