It's been sitting, stewing in my head for better than three years. Gathering fragments, gathering momentum, gathering speed. Tonight, out of nowhere, I have an opening for the novel I've been wanting to write. And from the beginning, everything else will develop.
I think this is the beginning of a good thing. -

I can write with extraordinary vividness and color, but sometimes I really, really wish I could draw. I'm so jealous. -

Tonight is a big night for introspection, it would seem. Another book of Sandman and some rather unfortunate news.

It was good, I think. It started off as a fair zombie story, then kind of...evolved. I would recommend it, particularly if you're a fan of King's work. It made me think of a much better Tommyknockers meets Dawn of the Dead. One thing that did throw me off is all the ( Read more... ) -
