Ok, I have a couple of public service announcements to give. First. Walking is like driving. Almost exactly the same in fact. When walking, you stay to the right side of the sidewalk, or stairs. Apparently, in northern Quebec, a woman was walking with her kids near the village community center when a POLAR BEAR came up and started going after her kid. An 8 foot tall, 700 pound polar bear. So I've noticed an unusual phenomenon as the snow melts in NYC. You know how snow plows push large mounds of snow onto sidewalks that stay there for weeks even after all the other snow has melted.
