I had a doctor''s appointment last Thursday and I found out that I'm also suffering from post  stress traumatic disorder ( along with the depression ). It wasn't too much of a surprise as I have panic attacks when I see babies, young children or couple with kids. The attacks only last a couple of minuets, but they're somewhat scary. After talking to one of my friends about being nervous to go to the women's centre and perhaps, going on anti anxieties/depressants, he said that no person should have to go through it alone. Last night Brian ( a friend from college, now going to Trent ) and I went out for a bit. It was really nice to just kick it with him over a few drinks. We went to Champs and I don't know why I don't go there more often. It's a sports bar and I really enjoyed myself. So, I just wanted to say thanks, Brian :)

Dad and I had a fairly long talk about how I’ve been feeling and he opened up to me about depression and anxiety running on his side of the family.
