Sleep...kill time at work...kill time at home...sleep...

There should be more.  I'm just at a loss when it comes to figuring out what that more is.  Having something on the weekends just isn't enough.  I feel like a drone five days a week.

I should write a couple of movies.

I've noticed a trend toward stories about divorced people and finding their footing in life again.  I could write that.  I could make a straight drama or a comedic drama.  Hell...I could write a sci-fi or fantasy bent on the theme.  Fullmetal Alchemist deals with similar themes (loss and recovering from tragedy) in ( Read more... )

 My kittens came home tonight.  It's a bittersweet reunion.

I have missed them since I had to let them go live with their mother last year.  It was really hard to let them go.  I lost the last vestiges of my family and the two "people" that gave me comfort and stability 'round the clock.  My little pride was sundered and I was very alone.

I don't have a Twitter account anyway.  This morning I have found reason to Twitter.  Throughout the day little things occur to me and I wish I could share them with the world.  However, they're too short (in my opinion) for a 'blog post.  I think I'm gonna collect them for a while.

My thinking is in flux today. Not sure how to explain that, but I keep flitting from thing to thing without really settling a thought process. It's a wee bit frustrating, and not a lot is getting done.

I have done some writing, which is nice. I should probably do some work soon. After all, they are paying me.

Just am.

I don't want to do anything.  I don't want to be anywhere in particular.  I should be doing half-a-dozen things and have no interest.  I hate it, but breaking out of the funk is easier said than done.

Not looking for cheer or support or bolstering or chiding...just sayin'.
