How do you deal with a lazy coworker who has been with the rather small company for 9 years when you yourself have only been around for 9 months? Not just laziness, but other personality quirks? Is it immature to rant and rave on these things? Theres been many atimes where I would type up the entry and just delete it thinking so. However, I will leave you with this thought:
