The Escort needs tires, I just noticed today. Good NIGHT the prices have gone up lately! I put 4 tires on my truck a few years ago for around $160 or so, so I figured it would be cheaper for the car. I finally got the car put back together yesterday. Surprisingly it was easier to put back together than it was to take apart. Four years ago I pulled the engine out of my truck and replaced it with an entirely different engine (from a straight-six to a V-8). I can honestly say that was a damn-sight easier than it has been to get to the heater core in the Escort ( Read more... )

Today was actually a pretty busy day for a change. This morning I think I spent the majority of the time on the phone with various people and businesses. I had to arrange to send my transcripts to the university which, I'm told, has been done.
