My friends sister has hired me to sew a bodice for her prom dress and I'm supposed to be making a mock-up right now, instead I am reading other peoples journals where not ugly synthetic fabric is being used unlike my own current sewing situation. I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. Which are can hardly remember doing.... (yay for drugs!lol) so spent yesterday embroidering because I wasn't allowed to operate machinery. I'm a little puffy this morning but not as bad as some of my friends have been, so I'm happy ( Read more... )

This is just a little sneak peak of a "secret project" I was working on in February. I'm not able to show the whole thing yet, but the project consisted of me sewing together very odd shapes of leather with wax coated cord.
