I'm not a political person. It's a lot of backstabbing and backroom deals for people already in power and never quite trickles down the way it's supposed to be to those of us who are in the lower class income bracket. The day after a treadmill stress test, ordered by my doctor, I get a phone call from a cardiologist saying that I've got an appt to see them Monday at noon.

I am soooooooooooo out of shape or maybe this town is killing me...
Either way, a bike ride from my house to the store is less than a mile, that's counting the distance going both ways. But when I got back I ended up having to call the EMS to come out and make sure I didn't need to go to the hospital. I didn't, thank God.
