I had a lovely vacation at my dad's. I got there on Sunday and went in the pool and then went out to dinner. Monday morning I got up early and headed to Sanibel Island to Bowman's Beach. In 3 hours I will be boarding a plane to head to Florida for a couple of days. I will be coming back Thursday night. I am so excited, but also of course nervous about the plane trip. Last week I was 313.8 and today I am 310.8 so a loss of 3 lbs. I am down 17lbs in 5 weeks. Tonight I headed to the Y for the water aerobics class and it kicked my butt. I come to find out that the instructor considers her class more of an intermediate/advanced class than a beginner one. This is a good thing to know. When I had a Y membership before ( Read more... )

Tonight Caritas and I had our bowling league. Phaeton was unable to bowl with us this season because of his job. We got Ti a coworker of mine to make our 3rd bowler. I have been keeping track of my food for about 6 weeks and weighing each week now for 4 weeks. I am down 14.2lbs in 4 weeks. Today I have had more energy than I have had in a long time. On January 3rd I started a food diary. It is the one thing that has worked when I have lost weight before. Last year I would start one and then after about 1 week I would get fed up seeing the crap that I was eating and stop writing it down. It was depressing me.
