As I was studying yesterday for my calculus final, I came to the conclusion that being a biochem major is making me unhappy.  I loved the biochem courses, don't get me wrong, but I can't go on like this.  I have spent almost a year and a half trying to get the best grades for vet school and I have figured out why I just can't seem to.  I'm more of ( Read more... )

I found out today that my grandma (my mom's mom) has like 6 or 7 months left to live.  The saddest part of it all, is that my aunt and uncles' including my mom, have not told her anything.  She knows that she had cancer like 30 years ago, but she doesn't know that it came back and doesn't know how far its gotten or how rapidly its spreading ( Read more... )
